We are using very simple ingredients maximum of them you can find in your kitchen give it a drive for 3 days.
What do we need for this interesting flu bacteria virus-killing home remedy? We need 1/4 teaspoon of grated ginger. It kills viruses and protects our body by raising immunity.
It’s very good for our digestion, the holistic medical science says if you want to have good immunity if you want to treat any of the disease first of all you have to clear your gut, your gut should be healthy.
So, in this ginger is going to help you a lot.
Let’s have a look at the ingredients.
Ingredients
So, breathe this Ginger 1/ 14 teaspoon, take one glass and pour it.
The second ingredient is of course turmeric. How immunity can be boosted without turmeric?
So we’ll be using turmeric over here and turmeric is antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, you name it the effect of turmeric starts just from the mouth
If you’ll consume turmeric its positive effects start from the tongue itself. If you want white teeth if you have a healthy oral cavity turmeric is going to help you with that, and as turmeric passes after our oral cavity wherever turmeric goes you are going to have lots and lots of positive effects.
So, we’ll be using 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric over here and then we’ll be adding 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Why black pepper because black pepper is rich in the antioxidant effect of turmeric enhances when it’s used with black pepper black pepper has anti-inflammatory properties black pepper gives positive effects on your liver it’s very good for fighting against cuff and cold’s why we are using black pepper over here 1/4 teaspoon
Then we’ll be using 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon maybe you might have noticed how much in love I am with turmeric and cinnamon.
Cinnamon is one of the best herbs to control the insulin levels in your body to help you in digestion to decrease the inflammation inside the body full of antioxidants if you want to decrease free radicals cinnamon can be a big help.
So, if you want to fight the viruses you have to have the stuff that is very rich in antioxidants that’s why we are using cinnamon over here.
The last ingredient is garlic. Garlic is an antifungal antiviral.
Garlic is one of the best medicines if a person is having high levels of cholesterol or any of the issues with the liver so garlic has lots of medicinal properties that’s why we are using garlic over here.
Half clove to one clove see as you are comfortable so we’ll be using half to one clove of garlic.
This garlic has to be either chopped in small pieces or crushed so one clove of crushed garlic we are adding to it after adding all these things we are going to add 80 to 100 ml of boiling water add this water mix all these ingredients properly and keep it for a while in room temperature.
Now we’ll be adding one whole lime juice to it take one lime, squeeze all the juice of it and add it to this mixture why lime because we are going to get lots and lots of vitamin C and we need Vitamin C to fight against virus and bacteria’s
This juice is going to give us lots and lots of antioxidants to us is going to balance the pH of our body so it’s going to kill the viruses and bacteria and Vitamin C in itself is going to kill viruses and bacteria
So, lots and lots of positive effects we are going to get that’s why we are adding one lime juice over here.
After adding one lime juice we are going to add honey to it. One teaspoon of honey, if you want you can add a little bit more but one teaspoon is like normal so add it and mix this all together now your drink is ready.
Why we added honey over here because honey according to Ayurveda holistic medical science reduces the KAPHA in our body.
KAPHA means mucus, so if you want to remove mucus from your lungs, from your bronchi, from your nose, from your throat you need to add honey but as in medicine not as in food so a little bit of honey take it as medicine and this will help you so mix all together and drink it one time in a day better to take it 30 minutes to 1 hour after your meal because we have added lots of spices to it so better to be on the safe side take it 30 minutes to 1 hour after your meal
You can take it continuously for 3 days if you feel like it then you can take it for one or two extra days but I don’t think you’ll need more you’re going to feel the effects from the first day.
Now who should not consume this? Person who is suffering from severe gastritis, ulcers in the stomach or intestine, or if a person is suffering from renal failure, or any kind of severe disease it’s better to contact the doctor and the nurse otherwise contact all others can use it.
Always remember vitamin D is going to play a crucial role in building up your immunity so have it in check of vitamin D3 if you are deficient or vitamin D3 is on the lower side you have to take vitamin D3 or you have to get it from the sun.
Fruits Build Strong Immunity
Eating fruits and vegetables is very important for our immunity eating on time is very important for our immunity if you want to build good immunity there should be a gap of at least 14 hours between your dinner and your breakfast eat on time sleep on time these things are going to help you.
