One of the top car companies in India i.e. Maruti Suzuki has launched a new compact SUV in the CNG version, the Fronx. The new compact SUV was launched yesterday in the Indian automobile industry.

The Fronx S-CNG targets individuals who possess a pioneering spirit and a strong environmental consciousness, captivating them with its modern charm and vibrant presence on the road.

Maruti Suzuki Fronx CNG Powertrain

The Fronx is charged with 1.2 litre Dual Jet Dual -VVT petrol engine which is found maximum in Maruti Suzuki’s CNG models. Like other Maruti’s CNG models, the Fronx is also powered by a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Fronx produces 113Nm in petrol mode and generates 90 horsepower, however the output dips to 77.5Hp and 98.5 Nm of torque.

According to Maruti Suzuki, the Fronx boasts an impressive fuel efficiency of 28.1 kilometres per kilogram.

So far there is no difference between petrol powered version and the CNG of the Fronx. However, the boot space has been accommodated for the CNG tank as usual.

Fronx’s interior consists of black and brown with features like a 7.0-inch touchscreen with Smart Play Pro system and wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play connectivity.

The Fronx Price

The new Fronx car is available at starting price of Rs.8.41 Lakh which Is an ex-showroom price under two variants.

Fron CNG Sigma will cost you at Rs-8.41 lakh and Fronx CNG Delta will cost you at Rs-9.27 lakh.
